Properties, and applications of polymer matrix composites: metal matrix composites, ceramic matrix composites, carbon /carbon composites, intermetallic matrix composites, mechanics, laminate composites, short fiber composites, toughness of composites - thermal, fatigue and environmental effects, joining of composites, designing with composite materials.
