Bio: 

Prof. Anandhan Srinivasan was a gold medalist in both BSc (first rank among 240 students) and MSc. He has rich international experience in teaching and research. He has been teaching courses in the areas of polymers, nanomaterials, materials characterization, and nanocomposites. He has supervised 8 doctoral students to completion and 4 more students have been working for their PhD. He has also guided 41 master's research projects in various areas related to polymers and nanotechnology. He has published 85 articles, a patent; 2 books and 14 book chapters. He was a principal investigator of 2 sponsored research projects. He has been also a co-principal investigator of a couple of projects funded by the DST, India and NSF, USA. He has been a referee for a number of international journals. He has refereed about 30 doctoral dissertations from India and abroad. He has won a number of fellowships such as Australia-India Council Fellowship, Postdoctoral Fellowship from Inha University-Korea, ARCNN-ARNAM Fellowship from UNSW-Australia. Prof. Anandhan has been admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), UK in September 2021. Earlier, he was Elected Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and Indian Chemical Society in 2017 and 2019, respectively.
